As the owner of Lodge Holidays, I find it important that you can go on vacation without any worries. The safety and health of my guests are always my first priority.  

You can book your holidays with Lodge Holidays carefree. Thanks to the small-scale campsites and the very spacious pitches, it is very easy to keep your distance. I carefully select the campsites myself, so you can enjoy the peace, space and nature.

In order to go on a holiday without any worries, I would like to think along with you about the current way of celebrating holidays. Therefore, I offer you a number of additional guarantees on the current booking conditions:

The situation in Europe changes daily and although I follow the new developments closely, I find it especially important that our guests do not experience any stress during their vacation. If your vacation destination has a negative travel advice (code orange/code red)*, you can cancel your trip free of charge until 1 May 2022. Only the reservation fee will remain.

Perhaps you are more cautious these days when it comes to large expenses. Because you only have to pay 30% of the total travel sum when you book, you have limited risk with Lodge Holidays. I keep your favourite vacation spot reserved for you for this amount. You do not have to pay the remaining amount until 6 weeks before departure. Should your vacation destination receive a negative travel advice (code orange or red)* at the time when you have to pay the remaining amount, you can wait with paying until at least 2 weeks before departure.

In these uncertain times you should feel comfortable with your vacation. That's why I offer you the possibility to rebook your vacation at another time or to another destination of your choice when there is negative travel advice (code red or orange)* for your destination. Up to 48 hours before arrival you can rebook your vacation free of charge. The length of your stay must remain the same or be longer than your original trip and you can only rebook for vacations that are available on our website at that time.

Are the costs of your rebooked vacation less than your original booking? Lodge Holidays is not able to refund you the difference in cost. If the costs are higher, then the additional costs will be charged. In both cases, we charge an administration fee of € 40,-.

Does your destination receive a negative travel advice (code orange or red)* shortly before departure? And do you want to cancel your trip? You can do so up to 14 days before departure. In this case, you will not receive a refund of the travel sum you have already paid. However, you can rebook your trip to another destination or date in 2022 or 2023. Your deposit will then be converted into a voucher which counts as a discount on your next booking. Do you decide not to book an alternative trip? Then you are not required to pay the remaining amount.
