This large campsite is like a warm bath and is one of my favourite holiday destinations. Your days are shaped by nature and the sun here. Sublime to stretch out on the restaurant terrace with stunning views of the hills after swimming in the large swimming pool. Relax and think about plans for the next day over a glass of fine wine, locally produced of course.

What is there to do?

Podero sei Poorte is located in the lush hills north of Le Marche, between Pesaro and Fano and 20 km from the Adriatic coast. 

Enjoy cultural outings to the many charming cities and villages with their churches or museums. Visit the Saturday market in Fano, situated along the coast with a bustling fishing harbour, or go to Pesaro, a characteristic city with a lively boulevard and packed with Roman excavations.

Urbino is the birthplace of the famous painter Raphael. This university town is regarded as one of the most beautiful hillside cities in Italy. Get those legs moving by taking walks along the many signposted routes to explore the surrounding hills.

Trampolines and play facilities make for a perfect day for the little ones and for the teens, there is table tennis, night-time swimming or hanging out around the campfire in the evenings.

Enjoy yourself at the campsite

This is truly a fabulous place to spend a holiday and enjoy all the beautiful things life has to offer. The restaurant conjures up delicious pure Italian dishes, à la carte, as well as themed evenings with a pizza buffet, fresh fish, or pasta e basta. 

Sunday brunch is highly recommended. How wonderful to have a slow, culinary start to the day. A delicious buffet with fresh bread, salads, bruschetta, frittata and various Italian fillings. With a good cappuccino and juice, or a cheeky bianco frizzante! In short, you need do nothing more here than unwind and enjoy yourself.
